Etymology: In honor of Yu. I. Tsybin, one of the Khremmen-Tsav locality explores.

Holotype: PIN, no. 3142/399

Locality: Hermiin Tsav, Khermeen-Tsav locality, red beds of the middle part of one of the locality sections 10 km northeast from the Central Sair named in cited articles as “Khermeen-Tsav 2”, Southern Gobi Region, Mongolia.

Horizon: Barun Goyot Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Upper Campanian Stage- Lower Maastrichtian Stage, Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Partial skeleton with a skull.
