Etymology: In reference to the Vyatka River Basin, Kirov Province, European Russia, where the specimen was discovered.

Locality: Okunevo site, Fedorovka River, Vyatka River Basin, Kirov Province, European Russia.

Horizon: Yarenskian Gorizont, Fedorovka horizon.
