Genus: Teyumbaita MONTEFELTRO, LANGER & SCHULTZ, 2010
Etymology: From the Brazilina aborigine Tupi-Guarani language (Teyu = lizard and Mbaita = parrot); a reference to the edentulous premaxilla and dentary tips, with resemble a psittacid beak.

UFRGS-PV-0298-T: Almost complete skull, complete right mandible, posteriormost and anteriormost parts of left mandible, axis, 4 trunk centra, further unprepared trunk centra and neural arches, rib fragments, left humerus, distal portion of the right humerus, two isolated metapodials, and 4 articulated phalanges.

UFRGS-PV-0290-T: Partial skull including right jugal, fragmentary premaxilla, both maxillary plates, and almost complete neurocranium, 2 articulated and 2 distarticulated trunk vertebrae, right femur adn tibia, proximal part of right fibula, right astragalus, and 9 phalanges.

UFRGS-PV-0418T: 2 fragments of a right mandible.

CRILAR-Pv 586: Partial cranium lacking most of skull roof and right side, partial left hemimandible, a median segment of the right hemimandible, atlas, axis and third cervical vertebra, 4 middle-posterior cervical vertebrae, a fragmenf of humeral shaft, a probable metacarpal lacking the distal end, 8 non-ungual phalanges, and indetermineate bone fragments.

CRILAR-Pv 587: Partial left premaxilla, right maxilla, left nasal, basicranium, right atlantal neural arch, 5 postaxial cervical vertebrae, a posterior dorsal vertebra, right scapula, coracoid, clavicle, humerus, ulna and femur, porximal and distal ends of fibula, a right metacarapl probably from digit II, 2 non-ungual and 2 ungual phalanges and several ribs.

CRILAR-Pv 588: Rartial left maxilla lacking its lateral edge and anterior tip, fragment of the medial dentary crest and indeterminate bone fragments.

CRILAR-Pv 595: A partial skull with almost complete right side and missing the left orbital and temporal regions, braincase and post-dentary bones with exception of the angulars.

CRILAR-Pv 642: Partial left maxilla lackign most of the ascending process, anterior tip, and occlusal surface of the LTBA, and-still in the field-partial postcranium.

CRILAR-Pv 643: Middle third of right maxilla, 6 postaxial centra, ventral end of clavicle, proximal and distal ends of tibia and indeterminate bone fragments of a very small-sized individual.

CRILAR-PV 645: Articulated right quadrate, squamosal and paraoccipital process, probably partial left postfrontal, partial right parietal and pterygoid, partial parasisphenoid, posterior two-thirds of left dentary, articulated posterior half of right surangular, prearticular and fragment of articular, 6 postaxial cervical vertebrae, 2 articulated probable anterior dorsal vertebrae, 2 dorsal or anterior caudal vertebrae, right scapula and humerus, partial scapular blade of another right scapula, mulitiple fragments of ribs and gastralia and several indetermiante bone fragments. This specimen constists of at least 2 individuals found in assocition with CIRLAR-Pv 595.

CRILAR-Pv 651: Partial left premaxilla and dentary, posterolateral corner of right maxilla, partial right jugal, postorbital, quadrate, pterygoid adn ectopterygoid, axial centrum, at least 3 postaxial centra, rigth scapula, humerus, ulna and radius, fragment of left scapula, distal third of metatacarpal or metatarsal, 3 non-ungual phalanges, several rib fragments, and several probable cranial and postcranial indeterminate bone fragmetns.
