Locality: Bed 21 of section, SE 1/4 SE 1/4 sec. 26, T23N, R2W, 9 miles northwest of Perry, Logan County, Oklahoma.

Horizon: Wellington Formation (Garber Formation), Summer Group, Arbuckle limestone, (Probably equivalent to the Arroyo Formation of Texas).

Material: Skull missing the posterior part of skull, dentary missing a posterior end and partial skeleton.
