Locality: Site 14, Dzhailyau-Cho, Madygen area, Lyailyakskii District, Osh Province, Turkestan Range, Southern Fergana, Kyrgyzstan (Kirghizia).
Horizon: Madygen Formation.
Age: Ladinian Stage, Mid Triassic Epoch-Carnian Stage, Lower Late Triassic Epoch, Middle to Late Triassic.
Material: Skull, cervical and anterior thoracic vertebrae, ribs, bone of the pectoral girdle and skin impressions.
