Locality: No locality or Horizon data accompanies the specimen, it is presumably from the Karroo series of South Africa.

Age: Tatarian Age, Lopingian Subepoch, Zechstein Epoch, Late Permian.

Material: Fragmentary skull and fragmentary skeleton.
