Locality: UCMP Locality 1012, Smith Cove, Sec. 11 and 12, T34N, R2W, Mt. D. Meridian, Shasta County, California.

Horizon: Hosselkus Limestone.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Carnian Stage, Lower Late Triassic Epoch, Late Triassic.

Material: Preorbital part of skull, lacking most of the premaxilla, dorsal skull roof, including frontal, postorbitofrontal, and part of parietal and supratemporal, posterior half of mandible, 10 vertebrae, humerus, coracoid, and ulna.

Referred material:

Prefrontal and a post-fronto-orbital.
