Locality: UCMP locality 1005, Grassy Point, lying between Squaw Creek and Pitt River, northern part of Shasta County, California.

Horizon: Hosselkus Limestone.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Carnian Stage, Lower Late Triassic Epoch, Late Triassic.

Material: Posterior half of skull and mandible, scattered limb elements, teeth and vertebrae.

Locality: UCMP Locality 1015, north fork of Squaw Creek, sec. 1, T35N, R2W, Mt. D Meridian, Shasta County, California.
