Biostratigraphy: Dicynodon Assemblage zone (formerly Daptocephalus zone), or Cistecephalus zone.

Age: Tatarian Age, Lopingian Subepoch, Zechstein Epoch, Late Permian.

Material: Skeleton lacking skull, cervical and most of the caudal vertebrae.

Not: Uncertain. CARROLL 1975 reports that deposits of both the Cistecephalus and Daptocephalus Zone outcrop in this region, Bain is not specific Niphosaurus in Late Permian.

Material: Fragmentary skull and skeleton before the scapula.
