Locality: Sakamena River Valley in the vicinity of Mount Eliva, Toliary Province, southwestern Madagascar.

Horizon: Lower Sakamena Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Permian.

Material: Skeleton complete except for the head.
