Locality: The farm Combrinkskraal, 12 km north of Prince Albert, Cape Province, South Africa.

Horizon: Base of the Beaufort Group.

Biostratigraphy: Approximately 200m from the base of the Eodicynodon Assemblage Zone.

Age: Kazanian substage, Capitanian Stage, Middle Zechstein Epoch, Late Middle Permian.

Material: Nearly complete skull and lower jaw.
