Biostratigraphy: Dicynodon Assemblage zone (LUCAS, 2005).

Age: Tatarian Age, Lopingian Subepoch, Zechstein Epoch, Late Permian.

Material: Skull lacking tip of snout, left jugal, left and right postorbital bones, left end of squamosal.

Etymology: Jiufeng, meaning 'nine peaks,' the name of the mountain producint the known specimens.

Material: A relatively complete skeleton, including an incomplete skull and lower jaw.
