Species: baojiensis LI, MAIDMENT, LI, YOU & GUANGZHAO, 2024
Etymology: In reference for Baoji, the basin name of the type locality.

Holotype: IVPG-D021

Locality: Pingchuan District, Baiyin City, N36°44'59.1", E104°49'53.2", Baoji basin, Gansu Province, China.

Horizon: Upper part of the Staw-yellow Sandstone Member, WangjiashanFormation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Bathonian Stage, Dogger Epoch, Middle Jurassic.

Material: A partial cranium, atlas, 7 dorsal vertebrae, and caudal vertebra.
