Etymology: In honor of Mr. Warren H. Condray because the specimen was found on his farm.

Holotype: KUVP 10296

Locality: On the farm of Mr. Warren H. Condray, SW, 1/4, Sec. 8, T10S, R1W, Ottawa County, Kansas.

Horizon: Terra Cotta Clay Member, Dakota Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Skull, Mandible and fragmentary skeleton and cervical armor.
