Locality: Near Sihedang Town, Lingyuan City, Lingyuan County, Liaoning Province, China.

Horizon: Yixian Formation, Jehol Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Early Cretaceous.

Material: Partial skeleton ventrally exposed in a single slab preserving most of the cervical vertebrae, the pectoral girdle, the complete right forelimb adn partial hind limb.
