Locality: Nipple Butte Skull, south side of the Wahweap outcrop belt, Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, Grand County, Southern Utah.

Horizon: Lower Sandstone Member, Waweap Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Judithian age, Middle Campanian Stage, Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Fragmentary skull.
