Holotype: CMNFV (CMN, NMC) 8800

Locality: NE 1/4, sec. 21, T2, R4, W of 4th Meridian, about 17 1/2 miles south and 9 miles east of Manyberries, near the One Four Reserach Station (now closed) Forty Mile County, Alberta Province, Canada.

Horizon: Dinosaur Park Formation, upper Judith River Group.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Judithian age, Middle Campanian Stage, middle Senonian subepoch, upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Skull, the anterior part of the rostral, the distal half of left jugal, right jugal, quadrate an squamosal and a little of the right edge were destroyed by erosion.

Note: Paleopathology has a deformed frontal and nasals, which, in turn altered the nasal horncore shape.
