Holotype: AMNH 2585

Locality: 4.8 km north of Piedmont, Meade County, western South Dakota.

Horizon: 38 m above the Morrison beds in Lakota Sandstone, Lakota Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Barremian Stage, Lower Gallic Subepoch, Middle Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Left femur.
