Locality: Road-cut between the towns of La Grita and Seboruco, Tachira State, Venezula.

Horizon: La Quinta Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Hettangian Stage, Lower Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.

Material: An isolated maxillary or dentary tooth.
