Species: phunoiensis MANITKOON, DEESRI, KHALLOUFI, NONSRIRACH, SUTEETHORN, CHANTHASIT, BOONIA & BUFFETAUT, 2023
Etymology: In reference to the excavation site, part of the Kalasin Geopark area, Phu Noi, Kalsin Province, Thailand.
Holotype: PRC 150
Locality: Phu Noi Locality (a small hill as the Thai name indicates), Ban Din Ci Sub-district, Kam Muang District, Kalasin Province, Thailand.
Horizon: Phu kradung Formation, Khorat Group.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Tithonian Stage, Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.
Material: Right jugal, left surangular, angular, incomplete tooth (now considered lost), the last 3 cervical to teh 10 caudal vertebrae with a few ossified tendons, left scapula and manus, entire pelvic girdle, left femur, tibia, and fibula, left tarsals and metatarsals, right femur, right tibia and fibula, phalanx and pedal ungual.
