Locality: West side of North Horn Mountain, Locality 6, Emery County, Utah.

Horizon: North Horn Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Lancian age, uppermost Maastrichtian Stage, uppermost Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Articulated right squamosal, quadrate, quadratojugal, postorbital, supraorbital horn core, postfrontal, lachrymal, jugal, and epijugual, posterior part of a parietal.

Locality: Southwest spur of North Horn Mountain, Locality 8, Emery County, Utah.

Horizon: North Horn Formation.

Material: Right squamosal and posterior part of the parietal.
