Species: isfarensis NESOV, 1995
Etymology: In reference to the Isfara River, Tadzhikistan.

Holotype: TsNIGR museum #484/12457

Locality: Site FIS-2 (Isfara II), Kyzyl-pilyal’, Tadzhikistan.

Horizon: Lower part of the Yalovach Formation (Yalovachskaya Svita).

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Lower Santonian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Lower Gulf Epoch, Early Late Cretaceous.

Material: Right prefrontal (Incorrectly idenitifed as an incomplete left frontal).

Note: Averianov & Alifanov (2012) identified this specimen as an indenterminte hadrosaurid not a troodontid.
