Genus: Unesoceratops RYAN, EVANS, CURRIE, BROWN, & BRINKMAN, 2012
Etymology: UNESCO refers to the World Heritage Site disignation conferred upon the holotype locality (Dinosaur Provincial Park, Alberta) by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, and Greek, ceratops, "horned face."

Species: koppelhusae RYAN, EVANS, CURRIE, BROWN, & BRINKMAN, 2012
Etymology: In honor to Eva B. Koppelhus, in order to recognize her contributions to vertebrate paleontology and palynology.

Locality: Quarry 222, west end of DPP. Bone bed 55, Dinosaur Provincial Park, Newell County, Alberta Province, Canada.

Age: Judithian age, Middle Campanian Stage, middle Senonian subepoch, upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Right dentary.
