Etymology: Latin, anceps, "ambiguous, two-headed."
Holotype: University of Vienna.
Locality: Grunbach, near Wiener-Neustadt, Austria.
Horizon: Gosau Formation.

Material: Fragment of ilium and 2 rib fragments.
