Locality: 20 feet above the Red Deer River, Sec. 28, T31, R21, West of the Fourth Meridian, 7 miles northwest of Morrin, Wheatland County, Alberta Province, Canada.

Age: Edmontonian age, lower Maastrichtian Stage, Upper Senonian subepoch, Upper Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.
Material: Skull, right ramus, most of the dorsal vertebrae and ribs, sacrum and pelvic arch, 9 caudal vertebrae, 1 fore limb, most of 1 hind limb, other bones, xiphisternum, and numerous dermal scutes.
