Species: jinchengensis YANG, YOU, LI, & KONG, 2013
Etymology: In reference to Jincheng, Kansus (Gansus) Province, north-central China, the city close to where it was discovered and Latin, ensis, "from."
Holotype: GSDM 0021
Locality: Lanzhou-Minhe Basin, Kansus (Gansus) Province, north-central China.
Horizon: Hekou Group.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Lower Cretaceous.
Material: A proximo-middle caudal vertebra, 3dorsal ribs, an almost comlpete left ilium and several osteoderms.
