Etymology: In reference of the country of origin.

Holotype: MPC-D 100/86

Locality: Dzamin Khnod, Ömnögov (South Gobi), Mongolia.

Horizon: Djadochta Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Middle Campanian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.

Material: Nearly complete skull, and skeleton, missing middle section of cervicals, mani, left pes, and right phalanges.
