Etymology: In honor of the late Soviet archeologist Alexey Pavlovich Okladnikov.

Holotype: SPS No. 100/29

Locality: Hüren Dukh (Khuren Dukh), Dundgov Aimak (Middle Gobi), Southeastern Mongolia.

Horizon: Shinehuduk Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Aptian-Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Deformed skull and partly incomplete post-cranial skeleton.
