Etymology: Greek, labros, “greedy, furious”, and Greek, sauros, “lizard”; Greedy lizard.

Locality: Reed’s YPM Quarry 3, T22N, R77W, Sec. 11, Como Bluff West (west of Marshall Road), Albany County, Wyoming.

Horizon: Brushy Basin Member, Morrison Formation.

Biostratigraphy: Zone 3.

Age: Upper Part, Comobluffian age, Kimmeridgian Stage, uppermost Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: YPM 1931: Proximal end of right scapula (lacking acromion process), incomplete right coracoid, proximal part of shaft of left scapula, incomplete left coracoid, right and left humeri, proximal and distal ends of left ulna, proximal ¾ of left MC III, left manual phalanx II-I, proximal half of left manual phalanx II-2, 3 incomplete posterior cervical, pectoral centrum two, 2 pathological and coossified pectoral centra (pectorals 4 or 5), either posterior cervicals or dorsals, and at least 1 mid-dorsal, several boxes of fragments of neural spines and zygopophyses (spines being from post cervicals or pectorals and at least 1 from a mid-or posterior dorsal).

Large posterior dorsal dentra with base of arch, posterior dorsal with many rust stains as on “D3”, base of arch present, missing most of rim (referred to posterior dorsal 2).
