Locality: Xiaogu, Qianwei County, southwestern Sichuan Basin, Sichuan (Szechwan) Province, China.

Horizon: Shangshaximiao Formation.

Age: Tithonian Stage, Upper Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: Braincase, right maxilla, tooth, atlas, axis, cervical 3, 4, dorsal 1, 2, 4, 8, 14, mid-posterior caudals, sacrals, right ilium, left pubis, left femur, left tibia, left figula, right metacarpal III, right manual phalanx II-1, right manual phalx III-3, right pedal II-1, II-2, left phdal phalanx III-1, pedal phalanx IV-4, left manual ungual 1, and right pedal ungual IV.
