Etymology: In honor of Martha Hayden, who co-discovred the site and has served
as the assistant to three successive state paleontologists of Utah over a period
of about 25 years, and Latin, raptor “robber”,

Etymology: The species name refers to the city of Green River in Emery County,
Utah.
Holotype: UMNH VP 21400
Locality: Hayden-Corbett Site (Gr287v), approximately 8 mines southeast of Green River, Grand County, Utah.
Horizon: Upper Yellow Cat Member, Basal Cedar Mountain Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Buffalogapian Age, early Aptian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.
Material: Fragmentary skeleton; all bones are fragmentary; cervical neural arch, cranial dorsal vertebrae, distal caudla centrum, ulna?, radius, scapula, ischium, possible distal pubis, presumed metacarpal I, Presumend manual phalanx I-1, 2 penultimate manual phalanx, 2 manual phalanx, 2 manual ungual digit I, 2 manual ungual digit II, 2 manual digit III, metataral I, II, III?, IV, 10 pedal phalangs, pedual ungual 1 digit II, pedal ungual.
