Etymology: In reference that the holotype is housed at the Shandong Laiyang Cretaceous National Geological Park.

Holotype: LY 2022JZ3001 (part and counterpart)

Locality: Pigeon Hill, Morin Dawa Daur Autonomous Banner, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China.

Horizon: Longjiang Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Aptian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Upper Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Partial left forelimb with complete hand.
