Etymology: In honor of Meeman Chang of the IVPP for her significant role in the sudy of the Jehol Fauna.

Locality: Exact locality unknown, Lujiatun and Yanzigou, Shanyuan, Beipiao City, Western Liaoning Province, China.

Biostratigraphy: Psittacosaurus Fauna, Confuciusornis Avifauna.

Age: Valanginian Stage, Upper Neocomian Subepoch, Early Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: A disarticulated partial skull and skeleton.
