Etymology: In honor of Hazel Wolfe, whose tireless efforts, support and sacrifices made possible much of the success at the Moreno Hill fossil localities.
Holotype: MSM P4754
Locality: Locality MSM 98-67, Mirror Mesa Locality, south side of Zuni Basin near the Arizona-New Mexico border, Catron County, New Mexico.
Horizon: Lower Moreno Hill Formation.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Early Middle Turonian Stage, Uppermost Gallic Subepoch, Lower Gulf Epoch, Middle Cretaceous.
Material: Partially articulated skull, including parts of the premaxillae, maxillae, dentaries, palatines, vomers, jugals, partial splenails, fragments of the braincase, parietal, right articular, articulated quadrate, two crvicals with ribs fragments, a trunk centrum, part of a sacral centrum, distal portions of left metatarsals II-IV and other fragments.

MSM P6178: Partially articulated and associated skeleton, including anterior portion of right dentary, left frontal, patial left postorbital, cervical, trunk, partial sacral and caudal vertebrae, isolated neural arches, partial left scapula, manual ungual fragments, partial pubes, femora, tibiae, fibulae, and astragli, partial rigth pess and bone fragments.
