Etymology: Latin, parvus, "small": referring to the small size of the specimen.

Locality: Urhe, Junggar Basin, Wuerho District, Xinjiang Uygur Zizhiqu (Sinkang) Province, China.

Horizon: Lianmugin Formation, Tugulo Series.

Age: ?Valanginian Stage, Upper Neocomian Subepoch-Albian Stage, Middle Gallic Subepoch, Early Cretaceous Epoch, Early Cretaceous.

Material: Right tibia, fibula, astragalus and calcaneum.
