the company exploiting the phospates in Morocco and strongly participating
to the excavation of the fossils, and Greek, suchos, "crocodile."

Etymology: Greek, eo-, "dawn" and Africa; in reference to its ancient age
relative to other African crocodiles.
Holotype: OCP CEK-GE 45
Locality: 'Couche III', Oulad Abdoun Basin, Morocco.

Material: A crushed skull, lacking the ventral part and the premaxillae.
