Locality: A small knoll on the west side of the McAras Brook Road, about 3 miles southwest of Arisaig, Antigonish County, Nova Scotia Province, Canada.

Horizon: Knoydar Formation, about 100 feet above bed 44 of Fletcher’s section, thus presumably in his bed 53, or probably in bed 22 of the selection of Leonard (1951, p. 72), about 560 feet above the lowest exposure of the Knoydart Formation.
