PMO D 207: Very small ventral disk.

Locality: Red Bay, Fraenkelryggen, Spitsbergen, Svalbard Island, Norway.

Horizon: Primaeva horizon, Fraenkelryggen Group, Red Bay Series.

Locality: GSC 58497, 62°46’N, 126°30’W, northernmost Thundercloud Range, Northwest Territories Province, Canada.

Horizon: 55m above the base of the Delorme Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Late Silurian or Early Devonian.

NMC 21426: Poorly preserved incomplete dorsal shield.

Note: Shallow water, probably of low salinity; low-energy levels, but perhaps periodic flooding or tidal movement of water.

Locality: GSC 81050, exact co-ordinates uncertain, on a ridge on the south side of June Lake, Northwest Territories, Canada.

Horizon: With the Delorme Formation.
