Horizon: 38m above the base of the Delorme Formation.

Biostratigaphy:

Age: Late Silurian or Early Devonian.

Material: Interior mould of dorsal shield with fragments of skeletal material preserved on rotral margin and posterior-lateral corners of shield.

Note: Brackish water lagoon.
