EASTMAN, 1908

Formation and locality: Onondaga limestone (Ulsterian) near Buffalo an dLe roy, New York, and Columbus and Delaware limestones (“Confierous”) of Ohio. Fragmenatry remains either of this or a very similar form occur in the Hamilton limestone (Erian) of Milwaukee, Wisconsi, and one nearly perfect specimen, now preserved in the Sate Museum at Albany, is interesting for having been derived from the Ithaca beds (recurrent Meso-Devonic fauna in the Portage) near Truxton Corners, Cortland County, New York.
