Locality: Exact locality on file with Navajo Nations Minerals Department, Window Rock Office, Arizona. About 1 mile east of Boundary Butte, San Juan County, Utah.

Horizon: Salt Wash Member, Morrison Formation.

Biostratigraphy: Zone 2.

Age: Comobluffian age, Kimmeridgian Stage, uppermost Malm Epoch, Late Jurassic.

Material: A segment of trackway number 5.
