Holotype: Western Australian Museum Nu 66.2.51 (fiberglass mould of print G 5-6).

Locality: Gantheaume Point near Broome, Western Australia State, Australia.

WAM G1-328: A concrete repilica (concave/negative epirelief) of the natural mold of left pes, one of a series of tracks on a rock platform in the intertidle zones west of the type locality.
