Locality: From Bearreraig Bay, Isle of Skye, Inverness-Shire County, Highland Province, Scotland, Northern United Kingdom.

Horizon: Bearreraig Sandstone Formation.

Biostratigraphy: P. aalensis-S. humphriesianum Zones.

Age: Late Toarcian-Late Lower Bajocian Stage, Lower Lias Epoch, Early Jurassic.
