Genus: Anthracobamus WERNEBURG, 2019
Etymology: Greek, anthrakas, "coal," associated to the coal mining in Nyrany and Commentry as finding localities of these amphibamiformes, and after Greek, bamos, "walker" in reference to Amphibamus.
