Locality: Fairydale farm, Bethulie, Free (Orange Free) State, South Africa.

Horizon: Katberg Formation, Beaufort Group.

Biostratigraphy: Lower Lystrosaurus Assemblage zone.

Age: Early Scythian Epoch, Early Triassic.

Material: Almost complete skull without lower jaw.
