Locality: Site BC-6, NW 1/4, sec. 35, sec. 34 (except for a small area) in SW 1/4, NW 1/4, S 1/2 sec. 27, T18N, R11W, Blaine County, Oklahoma.

Horizon: Chickasha Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Guadalupian Stage, Lower Zechstein Epoch, Early Late Permian.

Material: 4 well-preserved vertebrae, parts of several more, and a number of ribs, plus one problematical bone, identified as a highly specialized rib.
