Locality: Madiromiary, near Ambilobe region, Antsiranana Province, Northwest Madagascar.
Horizon: Middle Sakamena Formation (Beds, upper Andavakoera Formation).

Age: Early Dienerian Substage, Lower Nammalian Stage, Middle Scythian Epoch, Early Triassic.
Material: Skull lacking the rear end of the palate.
