Locality: 82.5 m n 58' east of the Camp quarry, Rio Puerco drainage, SW 1/4, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, sec. 8, T22N, R3E, about 1.1 km southeast of Arroyo del Agua, Rio Arriba County, north-central New Mexico.

Horizon: Lower Cutler Formation.

Biostratigraphy:

Age: Virgilian, Gzelian Epoch, Late Pennsylvanian or Wolfcampian, Lower Rotliegendes Epoch, Early Permian.

Material: Skull and tightly closed jaws.

Paratypes:

CM 27559: Fragmentary skull.

CM 27574, 28582, 28584, 34100, 34901, 41715, 41716, 41717, 41720, 41723: Skulls.

CM 28581: Fragmentary skull with long series of vertebrae and articulated pelvic girdle, femora, and right tibia with part of pes closely associated.

CM 28583: Fragmentary articulated skeleton that includes skull, first five vertebrae, scapulocoracoids, interclavicle, clavicles, left humerus, and dermal plates associated with shoulder girdle.

CM 28585: Several series of vertebrae with associated ribs.
