Etymology: In honor of Dr. Robert Sloan, who has done most of the collecting in the Bug Creek area.

Locality: Bug Creek Anthills locality, SW ¼, Sec.9, Tp.22, R43, McCone County, Montana.

Horizon: Hell Creek Formation.

Material: Almost complete left dentary.
