Etymology:
Holotype: ZPAL MgR-III/40
Locality: Hermiin Tsav (Khermeen Tsav), western Ömnögov (South Gobi), Mongolia.
Horizon: Barun Goyot Formation, = Red Beds of Khermeen Tsav.
Biostratigraphy:
Age: Middle Campanian Stage, Senonian Subepoch, Gulf Epoch, Late Cretaceous.
Material: Slightly damaged skull with both mandibles and some cervical vertebrae.

ZPAL MgR-III/41: Slightly damaged skull with mandibles.
ZPAL MgR-III/43: Distorted skull with mandibles, right jugal and supratemporal arcade missing.
ZPAL MgR-III/36: Skull with left mandible and a part of the right one, right jugal and supratemporal arcade missing, the total of 8 cervical and thoracic vertebrae and fragments of shoulder girdle and limb bones associated with the skull.
